Google Reminding People to Vote

I came across this around a month ago and never got around to posting it on here, but it eerily reminded me of The Circle although its only for PA voters.

Facebook did a similar thing, encouraging people to vote and share that they did. I think it’s great, but I do wonder what Facebook’s motive is behind it as a company.

I found an article on it, which at one point states, “The issue some see is that the type of people Facebook may draw to polls likely skews young, female, urban and tech-savvy, a group that tends to lean left on policy issues.”

Also, “Facebook believes that in 2010, its election-day module was responsible for more than 600,000 additional votes.”
